The bigger they are.......the harder they fall

We took Ty for shots tonight, his first "adult shot". Doug, being the good Dad that he is, went with us and held Ty while we were waiting for the VET. The Vet tech came in and started to draw up the shot, suddenly Doug turned three shades of green, handed me Ty and mumbled, "i'm going outside". After the Vet gave Ty his shot I went out to the waiting room to find my big strong guy being assisted by the receptionist, with his head between his knees, trying not to pass out!!! HEHEHEHEHEHEH, he went outside for some "air" and the entire office (me included) ROARED. But we did have the good graces to wait til he got out of the building

TOO FUNNY
LOL! My husband is the same way. He makes me do all the "dirty" work with our kids & pets when taking them to the docs.
I'm not sure I like this thread.... from a male's perspective. I seem to detect a little "thrill" in all of the poster's fonts. A snicker perhaps.

Harumph.
Certainly not Mr. Administrator!! I am a nurse and it is a nurses obligation to be empathetic at all times
My hubby too...almost phobic with needles. But he's a trooper, I asked him to take Parker for the 4 yr booster, he felt so guilty afterwards Parker came home with a choc bar and a bag of chips....just to ease daddy's guilt.

LOL...that sounds like me! After my boys checkups, I always treat them to a new toy or something to make up for having to see the doctor. :) On the positive side, they LOOOOVE going to the doctor! lol
 Tries not to snicker or make any jokes about males.

How often have we heard stories of men going into the maternity rooms with their wives and fainting dead away?

>>sings I can bring home the bacon or fry it in the paaaan. Cause I'm a woman...W.O.M.A.N

 tries not to smile at Doug's reaction in the story told by Taskers mom.
