Birth Announcement
 We have been waiting for a couple of months for this call. She is going to send me some pics in a day or two. She put the phone down and let me hear all the sweet babies.  I can't wait to meet our new family member! I'll post some of the pics when she sends them to me. She told me she will send me updated pics and a video each week so I can watch him grow. Now I can start getting some of the puppy supplies I have on my list. I had promised my husband I wouldn't get anything until the puppy was born. My two cats have a few weeks before their world gets turned upside down. This is going to be fun! |

Oh, my goodness! The breeder sent me pics of the boys in the litter. There are 8 of them!  They are all gorgeous! How am I ever going to choose??? |

Wow! As hard as this is, I've made a decision. Not the decision I had hoped to make, either. In browsing back through old posts here just to look at cute pics, I found a very unflattering thread about this breeder. I'm heartbroken, but am going to have to pass on these lovelies.  That being said, I would love some input on reputable breeders possibly near me. I'm in middle TN. I'm not opposed to shipping, but would love it if someone was close enough to visit. And, since we were hoping for a puppy this spring, someone with a new or upcoming litter would be even better. |
| Theresa, so sorry. But you made the right decision if you read bad reports. Have you checked the referral list on the Old English Sheepdog of America site? In the long run you are much better off passing on these babies. I don't know who the breeder was or anything other than reading your post that you heard some not so good things. the last thing you want is bringing home a pup and falling in love only to face health problems down the road. Good Luck in your search. You are such a smart woman! |
