Izzie and the grooming table
 We just shaved Taylor down and I’ve been putting both him and Izzie up on the grooming table getting them (him mostly) used to it. Izzie is willing to be groomed, but acts like she is only tolerant (ie looks and body shifting). Izzie’s fur is still long (does not matt as easily or is as thick as Taylor’s). I set the table up by the couch and the last two times Izzie would step onto the table from the couch.  I’m just amazed that she gets up there herself without any prompting. Yesterday I was telling Taylor to stand so I could get him up and before he responded Izzie stepped from the couch to the table. I groomed her for about 15 minutes or so (small steps) and then got Taylor up. When I was done with him I was telling him he was done and could get off. Before he stood up Izzie was up again and stepped over to the table while he was still on it.  Sorry…no pictures. If it happens again I’ll try to get a picture. |

| Good dogs! I had 4 up on the table today - mostly to do toenails on all of them. Poor Bond had his front feet up and was pogo jumping, trying to get up with whoever else was up...thought it was going to drive Harley and Riley crazy! Chewie is just really good at ignoring him  |

Tiggy does the same thing she jumps up on the sofa and then steps across onto the grooming table. Anything for her favorite biscuit.  |
