Since Simon has been having problems, Bella hasn't gotten enough attention so yesterday I took her for a long walk and then to the dog food store. While at the store we met a little boy about 5 years old. He was enamored by her, of course, and asked if he could pet her. I told him yes, as long as she sat, which she did. She's very, very good with children. Then he asked if he could give her a treat. I was buying some, so I said yes, as long as she earned it. I showed him her hand signals for sit, down, twist and high five. She performed all of these tricks for this little boy!!!! Just as well as if I were the one giving her the commands. He was so tickled and everyone in the store was in awe....I left the proud, beaming mama at my awesome girl . |

Way to go Miss Bella!
Isn't it the most awesome moment when they do it "just right"
That little boy will always remember Bella and her performance. Maybe he will have a sheepdog one day |
Very nice!
