OES on Pick-a-Puppy on tv

I don't know if you get this show in the states, I think it's a Canadian show:

The premise of the show is that a family decides between 3 breeds for a puppy (or sometimes 3 rescue dogs), they visit with each breeder and meet the puppies, and at the end they pick a puppy. Very cute show. I believe the families have already narrowed down the choice to the 3 breeds beforehand. An episode this week featured OES! The choice was between a Portuguese Water Dog, some sort of Schnauzer, and an OES (some respectable kennel in Canada, I can't recall the name)! I thought for sure they would pick the Portuguese Water Dog, since they're so trendy and it was the dad's favourite and admittedly the puppies were adorable...and I was going to be mad! (I mean, in my opinion, the families so often make weird choices, one time they chose a hairless Chinese Crested, c'mon, that's just weird) But they chose a little sheepie girl! I had HUGE puppy fever watching the closing shots of the family walking this 8 week old puppy. :hearts: :hearts:

Well, David, When you already have 3, what's one more? :hearts: I'm sue Kim would be thrilled too!
David, I've finally convinced my husband that we could handle 4 dogs...... He's telling me to wait until Summer so I can be home with him for awhile, but I have my eye on a guy in a shelter. My co-workers are expecting to see him next week.
I saw another Pick a Puppy where they didn't pick the OES puppy. I was so disappointed. The puppy was older though, and the kids didn't get to play with it, the breeder kept it on a short leash the whole time. I will have to check out that episode. :)

Puppy fever is contagious! Be careful!

That was the episode I seen as well. It was Martin Doherty of Auriga OES who had the older pup (the family did not end up choosing the OES) I will have to watch the other episode.
Is Martin still breeding, for some reason I thought he stopped?
We used to have a similar show on TV here, but I don't think it's on anymore. In this show, I think that all 3 dogs were shelter dogs though. Do you guys have any links that we could try and watch this online?
I think Martin is still breeding. I had contacted him this summer when I was looking for a pup. He said he had none at that time, but he could put me on the list for the future. However he referred me to a couple that used his dog as the father. He was getting one of the females of the litter.
I wish we had that show here! Might help me to butter Adam up -- I mean prepare him for the inevitable.
