Bourban Pecan Pie, anyone?

8O Yes, please says my foster Shaggy! He ate the entire pie! :headbang:

I stayed up most of the night thinking he was going to get sick----Nope!
This sheepie has an iron stomach and only burped a few times

We are not used to counter surfers! He actually grabbed it from the way back part of the top of the stove-top while I was out walking the other 2 dogs! We have my brother's dog here for the week so he took the opportunity to steal the goods!!
I was so mad!
I only had enough pecans to make a half of a pie so I mixed in walnuts and it became a pecan/walnut pie. It's home is on the top of the fridge! :plead: I am hoping he can't figure that out! :cow:

What a greedy monster :x
Walnuts are a good alternative to pecans so I am sure your pie will be a success with people not just dogs :D
Oh no! At least he has good taste!
When there's a good pie in the house, no one or no dog can stop themselves.
Too funny, my Toby ate our pecan pie, too!! It was on top of the Foreman in the very back corner of the counter, but he managed to get it. I am going to have to start using the fridge top, too. I'm just worried that the cat co-conspirator might knock things off for him.
Here it was pumpkin pies with a little rum in them. Sheepdogs knocked them down but it was the Pyr bitch who grabbed and guarded.....and ate both.

DH hangs his head in sadness, he loves pecan pies.....and sheepdogs, but I think pie more.
Pie and sheepdogs, who knew???

Shaggy was just celebrating his thankfulness for his good fortune 8)
Speaking of Shaggy's good fortune... How is he doing in his new foster home?
(Other than the obvious love of counters and abundance of pies).
Sorry about the pie.

With dedicated counter surfers you learn fast. Gar is our counter surfer here. We can't put any food on the counter that we want to keep...even on the way back or the top of the stove.

When Simon was a pup, we had to take the knobs off the stove because he turned the gas stove on, or just the gas.

Know what you mean about staying up to see if pigster was going to have any problems!!!!

Take it from one sheepie girl who had eaten 2 kilos of rock hard frozen mince and ssssh her mum freaked out at the hot roast chook cooling on the bench, bones and all :P

My mob say wtg SHAGGY :clappurple:
I agree who'd have thought sheepies and pecan pie would be such a smash hit.
