I know it's MY fault but.....

After 2 and a half hours of bathing the whites and sanitary areas, line brushing and drying and primping, I finally get Bosley off the table. But before I could get a top knot in, he promptly walked out the door and FELL INTO THE POOL! Blind as a bat, walked right into the deep end. So much for getting anything else done today! Starting over.......ahhhhhh......

Did you at least go in with him and have some fun?

I nearly spat out my coffee! Sorry.... but thanks for sharing!
Oh well, we spent several hours outside on a very nice day. I had set up the table on the lanai in the shade so he only walked about 10 feet straight into the pool. I did NOT make the same mistake twice. Top knot was in BEFORE he came off the table! No, we didn't play. He HATES the pool, loves my sister's mud caked pond but hates the nice clean pool.
I'm sure it wasn't all that funny when it happened to we got a good laugh out of it.
I had that happen once too.
I bathe my dogs at the place I teach classes. The 2 raised dog baths are adjacent to the underwater treadmill, and the rehab pool.

I washed Bond and then went to Chewie. Bond went right into the pool...
At least your possum did not roll in fresh cow poo. 8O I cleaned one sheepie girl, visited my sister at her farm and the (Bitch that's why I think they call them that) had a hoot of a time finding green fesh and highly fragant cow pat to roll in.

Well 2 hours from home, to get her home I threw her in the dam to get off as much as the green slim and stinky stuff as I could before lining the back of the car to take her home.

She was not impressed, at the time she was in doggie deo heaven, sis leant me towles to put the stinker in to take home and when we did get home, bath time and blow dry late at night.

Gotta luv a???, after a bath a naughty sheepie

I feel your pain!!!! :twitch:
  Oh dear! That would make for a long day!
OMG, hahahaha. I'm sorry, I know after all that work, but that is hysterical. LOL.

Ramsey snuck into the pool at 10pm at night when he was out for his bedtime pee the other day, if that helps. Apparently the gate wasn't all the way shut, and I swear he was grinning and laughing the whole way in, especially when I was saying, NO! He jumped right down the stairs and did some laps, lol.
Oops :D
Oh no!! That is definitely a "laugh to keep from crying" situation...what else can you do?? :)
