Lacy is SUPER sick today

Ugh, I thought it was bad when Ava had a poop-splosion in her crate. And I do not get mommy of the year award either. See, here's how it is:

EVERY single night, Lacy wakes up and wants to:

a) get a drink
b) play around
c) wake Ava up
d) play around some more

As you can imagine, we've had about enough of this - she gets PLENTY of water during the day and before bed. PLENTY. She's a peeing MACHINE, so she's hydrated. She really just wants to play at like 3AM. So last night, we finally said "FORGET IT" and let her bark. We still weren't sleeping, but we figured a few nights of this, and she'd get the point, right?

Well don't I feel like an @$$hole. I go down to "rescue" her at 5:30 this morning, and there is diarrhea EVERYWHERE. It's bad bad. So I shuttle her outside for the time being, while I clean up the disaster. Finally get everything cleaned up and decide no food until MAYBE lunchtime, depending on how she's doing.

So I went home for lunch - poop-splosion again but not quite as bad this time. I put her out, cleaned it up. She seems mostly ok, a little subdued but not so lethargic that she wouldn't jump all over Ava, so I figured I'd make her some just plain rice. She ate two bites and puked it up.

Now I'm really worried. I'm heading home here in a little bit to check on her again and if she's not better, we're going in. She is such a vacuum cleaner that I'm terrified she got ahold of something bad - like a rock, or a bug, or I don't know. Just worried

Good thoughts please...

Hope Lacy is doing better!!!
Oh man. Doesn't that just figure. The one time you don't go check and it's a disaster. Bless your hearts. Hope she's okay and it's nothing serious.
hope she is ok keep us posted
Oh no! Poor Lacy ): Yep, goes and gets sick just to make you feel bad ;)
I hope she gets better soon. Eevee got diarrhea bad like that once, for a few days, so we took her in, and it turned out to be her having too much of a certain bacteria in her, and she went on antibiotics and ate nothing but cottage cheese for a few days (needless to say she wasn't too unhappy about that!) and it cleared right up. We tried rice before we went to the vet, that didn't help us at all. My vet said cottage cheese is better, as it moves through them slower and has more protein.
Hope it isn't serious. If some UFO (unknown food object) that is passes easily and doesn't get stuck. Count the toys, make sure one hasn't disappeared. How about socks?
I'm so sorry.... :( I hope your baby is okay and gets better very fast. I think diarrhea is the worst to deal with!
Oh, I hope little Lacy is OK.
I'm holding out for just an upset tummy or bug, not an eaten toy or household item.
Well, cross your fingers, she seems a little better today. Well enough to dig a crater in my yard anyway. We'll see how she is this afternoon at lunch.
Hope she's ok!!!
