Does anyone know what this is..........? Help!!

Hi everyone.xx
My Bella is halfway through her first season. Yesterday I noticed that she had what looked like a little bit of skin sticking out of her bum, almost like hemorrhoids (!!??). She hasnt been constipated, and she doesnt seem to be in pain or anything, but im just not sure if this is due to her being in season, or, if its something else.
Ive had many bitches, but never noticed anything like this before.
Hope someone might be able to give me some advice.

Jo.xx

I don't have any help for you, but I just wanted to jump in and say Poor Bella!
I know this sounds silly but she hasnt eaten anything like a bit of material or similar? If she was mine I would give her bottom a wash and see how she goes. Summer was really weird with her first season, whereas the little yorkie just seems to ignore them. Guess what Summer is in season at the moment..drip drip! :wag:
ps
ok thought I would be helpful and google hemorrhoids in dogs! If you try this please make sure you are not still on images from last time! not for the faint hearted!
Bailey eats weird stuff sometimes, there's all kinds of weird stuff in her poo, usually bits and pieces of rope toy. Has she eaten any weird stuff lately?
Assuming it isn't an UFO......unidentified food object just now making an appearance after a long journey through the gut....could it be actually part of her......an anal prolapse ... were some of the inside gets pushed out when constipation straining?
Thank you all for taking the time to reply. Ive decided to take her to the vets. Im such a worrier! She's got an appointment in a couple of hours, so I will give you an update when I get back.xx
Ok, here goes, Bella's bum update............we took her to the vets and everything is fine. The vet ruled out a polyp, cyst, and anal prolapse. She just said that it was one of Bella's normal "abnormalities" and its probably more prominant because of the swelling because shes in season. Phew, Im just so pleased she's ok.
Thank you all for your advice, its very much appreciated.x
Glad for the good news!
good news!!
Good news, wish I replied earlier, I have one when full on in, not only the you know what area enlarged, even up to the outlet pipe swollen at the crucial time. 8O

Glad to hear bella is OK :ghug:
