Yes...he WAS in danger BUT he is being sprung by Atlanta Pet Rescue 
http://www.atlantapetrescue.org This little fuzzy baby/OESX ?? fella had got himself into an animal control shelter through no fault of his own....his owners are moooooving & he can not go with them! He is young...7 months, healthy & chipped! He would have been PTS very soon if we had not found him a safe spot!!! Atlanta Pet Rescue is a great group & will find him that pawfect furever he soooo deserves! No matter the breed mix...cute is cute
