New toy

I bought Duke a fun new toy today that you put treats in and he has to figure out how to release them. Well he is such a genius that he got all the treats in just under a minute by undoing the knot. Lol guess that one is going back to the store.

You can't trick a sheepie, they'll figure it out every time
   too funny! You are a smart boy Duke!!
package says it's durable... well guess not enough for a sheepie. Funny thing is he doesn't destroy anything. The only toys he'll reallyplay with have to have food hidden in them. I was worried when I first brought him home that it would be hard to train him because he turned his nose up at all treats... he's gotten over that. When I am chopping a carrot he is waiting at my feet for his piece. I could throw him just about anything in the kitchen and he'd think it was delicious just because that is where the food is.
Welcome to another kitchen garbage disposer! Nearly everything disappears down that big maul. Though too much causes explosions out the other end. It has become a bother every time I go into the refrigerator to have him immediately next to me.

This afternoon I knocked an iced coffee on to the floor.......yep, coffee and ice cubes were immediately cleaned up. Maybe I'll change his name to Romba.

I've also "trained" the other two to beg my meals. One bite for me, one for each of them. Maybe with only 25% of what's on my plate I'll lose weight?

However, there's no way any of mine could untie a knot! You've got an exceptional one!
I have trained him to beg so well that sometimes even I forget that he isn't just being a handsome good boy for nothing. :)

My dalmo Rastus serves that role here. Tiggy is a good girl and goes and sits on her bed an waits but Rastus stays underfoot and hopes that I'll give in, or drop something or he waits till my back is turned and steals stuff.
He LOVES vegies. Tiggy like some but not the green ones so much. Rastus eats all and everything.
at my house when something drops in the kitchen i say CLEAN UP IN ISLE 1.. they come running
