Watch Out Chewie! Here Comes Benson!

Our trainer organizes the local canine weight pulling club, and regularly has "fun pulls" that are open to anyone who wants to try it and see how their dog likes it. We took Benson today, and she loved it! They were doing reps today (low weight, but 3 passes in a row.) Her first pull was absolutely perfect, straight down the line. By the time her third turn came around, though, the novelty had worn off and she kept trying to turn around to check on that "thing" that was following her. :lol:

Here she is on her last pull. The trainer is guiding her, showing her where to go (and me how to get her there.)

And yes, learning to pull with their head down is key. No jumping, that is not good. Low and steady is what you want. :D
