Under coat

Hi all,

Any suggestion for the tools dematt under coat that works well?

Also biscuit has long hair too...

Depends if your going to show & hold old is your dog. What sort of shape is he or she in. I don't use one being honest as I can use a comb & my fingers. poodle comb is very good for getting out matts. So need more info
If your not showing then a v shaped rake, its simply pins that are about half an inch long in a v shape. Some are a small v and have double pins, some are longer with just a single pin if pins.
When using it to dematt, dont just brush through, pick at it to loosed it then gradually you will be able to comb through, finishing with a fine come because if you leave any matt in there, it will soon be back.
Also lusten to your brush/come/rake they will let you know where any matted areas are
