Question about Sheepiepalooza~

I need to know if Bailey can come or not, since she isn't a sheepie. She's an Australian Shepherd, and if she can't come neither can we! Our family has recently decided that babies are more important than dogs (psh!), so we have no dogsitter. Besides, it wouldn't be fair for one to come and not the other. We can't play favorites after all (:

Yay! Assuming I can talk Jacob into it, we should all be there! :D
Great--you will love it! A great event and so much fun!
Oh, hope you can come!! Would love to meet you and see your pups. Sheepiepalooza is so much fun for everyone. My husband came with me last year. It was our first time. He wasn't too keen on going, but now, is more excited than I to attend. (well, maybe not more, but just as).
And the dogs, well, you saw what Mady had to do 8O 8O :clappurple:
Technically, I don't even own a sheepie and I come.
I bring my Airedale.
Of course I pick up what used to be my sheepdog along the way, but that's another story.

Would love to meet you and Eevee.
The sheepies are very welcoming to guests of other breeds-Bailey can be an honourary sheepie. Plus she is a herding dog too, so the dogs can all talk sheep together. My girls love Aussies-their favourite cousin is an Aussie named Ozzie, so I am sure they will enjoy running around with Bailey.
Jade~~~

I will repeat what everyone else is saying....

Y E S !!!!! your Bailey MUST attend...

Sheepdogs just love playing with ANS (Any Non Sheepie)~ It's almost like they gravitate to them. Last year my daughter brought her American Bulldog, Ceasar to the picnic, and all those naughty sheepies crowded around him.

It was almost like they were debating:::
""WHAT is THAT????"
""NO long hair??"...
"What is that at the end of him??" "A TAIL????" :twitch: :twitch:
""look...EYES!!!""
"and EARS~~~~"
"What a strange looking sheepdog...""

It is so much fun just watching the interaction...You are going to have soo much fun!!

Can't wait to meet you!!!!

Val's granddog Ceasar comes to many of our events here in St. Louis, and Millie is always soooo excited to see him. She favors him over the other sheepdogs  I am hoping this year she will also play with the other sheepies...........but she will probably stick with Ceasar and your girl Bailey.

We are so excited to meet you all.
Sure! Everything is welcome! If you have a ferret, bring it!

Well, except the geese, f*** 'em, you can't care about every damn thing! (apologies to Douglas Adams)
Well, you undoubtedly see that the "other" dog family members are welcome. :D

My recently ATB basset Simon attended 2 times. One time he had to miss as he just had a tumor removed from his back - I didn't want to risk getting the new incision dirty or injured (he really liked to play!) So he stayed home with Todd. :(

Pam and Randy brought their (now ATB also) golden Taylor with the 1st year too. And Melissa and Amanda brought their "niece" CKCS with last year...Chewie LOVED her!
Well, it sounds like Bailey will fit right in, since she also has no tail (: I wonder how she'll be around so many dogs. Whenever she meets a new dog, she goes absolutely nuts and wants to be friends with them (unless they're mean to her, she doesn't like that one bit). She eventually calms down once she's used to the other dog, but she's only met other dogs one at a time before.
