Seems I am geeting no response in the grooming section I will post here

http://www.amazon.com/O-Pana-Sub-8oz/dp/B004P4BZBK

Any views on this stuff

We used it on georgi & when I came back home after 4 days she was so clumpped and matted. She was only just groomed for cruffs & was in good shape. Would this caused a issue with her coat. It cost about $40

Hello!

EEEK - I have no idea what the ingredients are, so cant help there. Is it a wax or a shampoo - did you manage to get everything out of her coat if she had to be bathed? I have never heard of that product was it recommended to you?

We use Coat Handler for ours - works a treat - petetctra sell it online or you can buy it at shows.

How is her coat now? You guys at the show on Sunday?

Mel
Hi Mel

Most of the coat is now sorted & we got the product from cruffs. I will bring it with me on Sunday. Its not a shampoo but its like a gel as we could not find a wax product there
Don't recall seeing this at any shows but have seen other products made by Winner's Circle around. Notice it's sold on Amazon.com so we have it here in the US.

Ask around at the shows and see how other exhibitors apply it, or maybe speak to the vendors selling it to find if you're using it correctly on an OES. Or, cut your losses and try to find someone else who has better luck with the product. Give or sell it to them or just pitch it out.

Sorry you ended up with a mess. Sounds like it cost you out-of-pocket as well as a lot of extra work. :headbang:
I've never seen it. Wonder if it is better for the short haired dogs who need a bit of moisturizing and shine. I could see where a "little dab" would work well on say a Lab, but be a terrible glob of goo on a long haired dog. If it didn't wash out well, probably some type of wax.

Sounds like something I'd use for my own spike haircut.

Pleased her coat is sorted - what a pain.

No you dont need a wax, I was only asking whether the product was a wax, shampoo etc. It sounds to be as if you were mis-sold a product. How annoying.

I would personally not use the product as it seems more hard work than normal! Try coat handler - it works a treat - we buy the shampoo and conditioner.

See you on Sunday!
