Article- pet owners sue

I could swear we heard about "Diva" in one of our puppy mill discussions. I really hope they get somewhere with this lawsuit. Spokesperson for the store says they have no case and is confident it will be dismissed. This situation sounds so much like what we are always cautioning against, puppy mills, pet stores, pet brokers etc. I hope it's big enough to make an impact country wide- though I won't be holding my breath.
