The girls at the carwash

I have, finally, once again, figured out how to post pics here again. So I wanted to share a few cute ones.

Here are some pic of the girls and I going thru the car wash. All 3 are very good about going thru

Asia is watching the bubbles to make sure they clean her window

Asia getting tired of the car wash, catch that yawn

Violet doesn't seem bothered with the carwash at all.

Hmm, that looks like a sheepie sized car! What are you driving? I keep telling David that his zoomie little hatchback days are coming to an end. It is neat that your babies don't mind the carwash at all!
:D :D Cute! One of the highlights here for the boys is to go through the car wash--they love it!

The vehicle is a Dodge Caravan, with "stow in the floor" seating. I really love this minivan. The couch in the back is where Violet always sits...her thrown. I keep one of the middle section captain chairs "up" because China/Asia like to take turns sitting in the chair and looking out the window. With the other seat left "stowed in the floor" there is plenty of room for the two Aussies to lay on the floor if they choose. Sometimes Violet will slide of her thrown and join the Aussies.

The side doors and back "hatch" are all "power" so makes it really easy when getting the girls in/out of the van. I can stand at the door between the garage/house and hit the side door button and the dogs jump right in and then I can close the door as well. What really works the best is when we come back from our errands, we pull right into the garage, close the door down and then I get out, go the garage/house door and hit the door to let them out. So the dogs are contained in the garage and no fear of one making a break for it.

I really do love my van, works great for the girls and I. Wish it had better gas mileage.
My hubby also drives a Dodge Caravan and tow and go is da bomb! Super convenient and easy to use.
Also wish it got better mileage. But he doesn't put that many miles on his vehicle.
Amazing! They look so calm...even a yawn. No thundershirts needed in your car. :phew:

Kim, we have a Honda CRV, the space is good, and I cannot complain about the gas mileage. I love it, especially on snowy days , I feel safe.

My guys are like Helen's girls too. They all go through the car washes with me.
Saturday was Bond's 1st trip, he found it very entertaining! He was alone with me in the car, as we had been at his puppy class.
He sat in the middle of the back seat and followed the wash arm in the touchless system as it went around and over the Element.
His body barely moved, but he was a swivel head following it!
We made it fun, and he will be a pro like the rest now! :high5:

The girls have usually been good in the car wash. About a year ago, chuck started washing the cars at home, so we hadn't been thru a car wash in a while. Chuck since became very busy so didn't have time anymore. When the girls and I went back to the car wash, the first trip thru Asia (co-pilot) was really nervous, but i worked with her and the next time through, and ever sense, no more problems.

The funny thing about Asia's yawn is the Aussies have this odd yawn that they use when they feel I've been staring at them too long. China does the "yawn" ever once in a while. Asia's caught on camera was the first time I had ever seen her yawn like that. Yes, I had been staring at her. lol
Just precious. Any trip is always better with your furry friends that's for sure. Now for removing the noseprints on the interior windows. :clappurple:
I've learned to ignore nose prints for the most part. We so seldom go thru a car wash that none of our dogs ever had the pleasure. Would like to try it some time tho.
