I wish the parade was yesterday while I was sick and crashed on the couch. (and not from partying either - I was sick NY eve too  )I was back at work today  |

| There was no non-stop flowers, my complaint. Bands...big bands 300-400 participants, horses but never good shots, floats go by quickly concentrate on people, inane comments from TV people (well, it's 50 degree in Lubbock today, bet these kids are happy to be here...every frig*** band's home town and the day's expected temp high), shots of crowds. Needs to be a telecast just for us flower people! AT LEAST HGTV does the show w/o commercials. Yes, no parade on Sunday. Reason given yesterday was "back when Sunday people were in church and the parade spooked the horses." Reason is today they use the church parking lots to assemble the parade. |
| Well, my gripe to Budweiser got attention and a response. How nice they have someone who actually reads their email. Apparently Rose Parade attendees/watchers and beer drinkers are not the same. I just wonder how they are going to fit the horses in the Octogon? |
