Brick is SOOO funny!

He was outside for a few hours this morning and when he came in, I noticed his paws were covered in mud.
I tried wiping it off but it was too much and between his pads.
So off to the tub with him.

I put him in the tub and just ran the water to a level of maybe an inch. I washed his paws, laid an old towel on the floor, and took him out.
Now keep in mind that NOTHING was wet on him except his paws.

So after he gets out of the tub, he starts shaking like he's trying to get all the water off of himself. He starts pushing his muzzle all over the towel.
He's acting like he's soaked and it was just his paws that were wet.

I was laughing my butt off thinking "you goofy dog. You're not wet!"

He's such a character! :D

Too funny...Brick is such a character
He is a character. Although maybe some mist sprayed up on his muzzle and the rest of him? He is probably telling his dog friends that you are such a character!
:aww: Brick! Are you a drama king?? :D
THAT is why they make us smile.

No mist.
I just let the water run from the tub spout. He stood as far away from that end of the tub as possible. And his face was closest to the wall opposite of the spout.
Any excuse for that crazy 'after bath' behaviour

My thought too

I did a similar one with Chewie this morning - I had his front feet into the tub - so he was half in and half out. I washed his face, and front feet half way up his legs. That's it.....and we got the full "I'm soaking wet" shake too!
Brick just wanted to get his "eau de dog" scent all over everything. :D

I gave Oscar a "front half" bath - from the tip of his nose to just behind his front legs and all points in between - and he shook off about ten gallons of water. All over me. All over the floor. All over the walls. Usually he'll wait for the sign to shake, and I can get a towel up like a screen, but he just couldn't help himself. Can't wait to do the "back half" bath tomorrow - NOT!

Laurie and Oscar
He IS quite a character.
He is a character. All the more reason why we love them so much.

I'm at work and that story actually made me chuckle out loud. Dogs are too funny sometimes; always entertaining :)
There was a lady running airedales at the Hounds agility trial...I loved them. Truly fun dogs :D :D
Girl versions of Brick!
I'll have to get some new video of him. Probably during the Christmas break.
Show you guys all the zany/lovable stuff he does.
Like his shuttle runs, his pivots, his prancing,...........

:D
