Agility class was a blast tonight

Agility class was so much fun tonight.

We practiced first on all of the equipment. Frankie did the A Frame first and was fine with it. I was still a little nervous. The trainer said to be careful because she can tell he depends on me when he goes up it. She didn't want him jumping off of it.

After we all practiced we did sequencing. We did 10 obstacles in a row. It was so much fun. The trainer said it doesn't happen very often in her classes that just after the 2nd class for everyone to be able to do that.

Troy was watching from outside through the window. I told him if he came in the room Frankie would be distracted. He said I am way to hard on Frankie and myself. He said we were much better than he ever thought we could be, by listening to me talk about it.
Our PT gave us exercises to strengthen his rear end so we have been doing those.
I am so glad to be able to do this with Frankie.

It is so fun when it goes well but so frustrating when it doesn't. Kind of like golf! It would be neat to see pictures of you guys one day.
Have Troy come in. Part of agility is working with distractions.

What a wonderful husband you have for saying such nice things.
Go Team Lisa & Frankie! Nice job at agility class!
I echo Pam's thoughts on having Troy come in to watch. If you get Frankie used to having him nearby now, then it will become commonplace in a short while and he won't be distracted. Part of what Frankie will be learning in class is to focus on you for directions. And if Troy must stay out of the picture, then he won't be able to come and watch you and Frankie winning blue ribbons when you are ready for an agility trial... so my vote is to have Troy be included now, so he won't have to be excluded later.
