I wish I didn't have a puppy today...

okay- I can handle the migraines, the fibro, the special needs child, the 14 y/o
the poodle and the puppy. even my hubby. but today is the perfect storm

hubby worked OT last night- is now getting his 4 hours of sleep so he can turn around and go back into work.

of course it's a Sat. and my son is home.

I have some type of stomach bug. I DID get my flu shot (after me and hubby both almost
died a few years ago after both catching the flu at the same time.... ambulance, hospital, MIL
flew in on red eye...) anyway.... I can't even walk out the door with the puppy without having to
fly back in to the bathroom

my 14 y/o is helpful, but more of a cat person. if we leave the puppy out unattended he does what puppies do. so WAY too much kennel time for him today.

AND my house is trashed and my MIL comes on Wed for ELEVEN days. HELP!

I'm dying..... not really, but HELP!!!

crap. (literally) (sorry, I couldn't resist)

someone bring me a popsicle. must. stay. hydrated.

Poor thing!!! Hope you feel better soon.
me too! I want to PLAY with the PUPPY!

for some reason he doesn't find it exciting to lay in bed by sick mom, and he
doesn't understand OUCH! my stomach hurts! yet when he steps on me....
back to the puppy pen he goes :-(
Today is one day out of his life and he will survive. When you're sick, you're sick and last i checked none of us are sporting capes and S stamped on our attire ;-)

Do you have a kong you can fill, or a special chewie bone?

Kristine
Hope today finds you feeling better. I know what you mean. It is like have a toddler. You can't leave them alone for a minute and all you want to do is sleep.
I love the way everyone says they will help but they tire of it quickly and that leaves you.
Hang in there. It will get better.
:ghug:
Hope you feel better soon!
Kristine was right on target...he will survive but, not if you don't! :)
I'm down at least 5 pounds. really trying to stay hydrated. hubby is home today so
puppy has gotten out much more than yesterday, but still not like if I felt well.

bless the man who dropped off the grooming table and took a
check from me, from CL. didn't make it to get the dryer though.

I guess I chalked up yesterday to what a normal dog goes through ifhis parents
work full time?

still not ideal, but he lived. and now all this typing has me running to the BR again!

 :sidestep:
Feel better soon Lori!
