My BabyBowie is Five Today!

Can't believe my Bowie is five years old today! He is now 110 pounds and big and strong..can't believe he was so tiney when he came to me! Poor baby got caught up in those pet food recalls in 2006 and got so sick! Then getting the MRSA virus and going through all those hospitalizations and medications and away from me in the hospital with IVs and drugs.... But he is now five, all of that behind us and a wonderful Big Boy!

Oh, I love 5 year olds........no longer a puppy and not an old dog! Just a good, sturdy, good natured, intelligent...........dog. Wish they could stay five for many years.

Thank you Everyone! We didn't think Bowiue would see Five! Two years ago when he was diagnosed with MRSA, they gave us a 50/50 chance of his survival :oops: So, we are thrilled to be celebrating Bowie's Five years!!!!! :yay: :yay:
