Caitlyn goes to school

Ok, so this isn't advanced or trick but I didn't know where else to put it.

Caitlyn finally got started in obedience class last night and she did pretty well at class. There are SOOOOO many distractions, but she did pretty well. At home, she’ll sit with a simple hand command. Last night in the ring with all the distractions I couldn’t get her to sit for anything. And forget about getting her to sit upon stopping. Here are some random shot that Jen took while watching the mayhem...

Here is Caitlyn hiding behind Daddy...

Learning to walk the way she should be, by my side...

Group shot. This lady in the foreground was really nice and had a doodle of some kind. I so badly wanted to ask what she paid for the mutt but I didn't. Jen was SOOOO proud of my restraint...

The woman who owned this Giant Schnauzer was REALLY rough on the dog, both verbally and physically... AND SHE WAS A CLUB MEMBER!!! I so badly wanted to punch her in the throat and ask her how she likes it.

Caitlyn just found Mommy!!!

An eye on Mommy!

She was actually listening to me this time...

We really had a great time. Caitlyn had her distractions and I had mine. Something tells me she'll overcome hers faster than I'll overcome mine.

Sweet Caity goes to school!!! Yay! It looks like she's doing great!! ? Did she pass out afterwards?
Schubert loves kindergarten too~ oh boy they love to work!!
In the beginning it was more like training Nick, but now Schubert responds so well to Nick's commands!
You'll both do great. Keep up the good work!

Cindy
Very nice! And thanks Jen for being the class photographer :clappurple: :clappurple:
You will love looking back at these pictures :hearts:

The only one I have of Chewie is from graduation night of his 1st class. Daughter LeAnne trained him in that one (I was the instructor, so I couldn't swing doing the training at the same time!) And way down on the far end is my granddaughter Breanna with min pin Tazz - she was just 5 years old and completed her 1st training session :aww: :aww:

Date was Nov. 27, 2006 and Chewie was 7 months old.
She's the cutest one there by far! Good restraint shown. Wait till a few more classes before you punch her in the throat! You might not be able to go back? :clappurple:
