BLOO "NO!"

Ive posted many threads about the issue but we just come back from a run on the park. As we were going on so was cassie (retrieverdoodle), they go training together. Cassie is only a little older than bloo and is female, bloo is male.
I let him off but he grabs her coat and pins her , and cassie is whimpering. Some of it looks like play but im getting worried that bloo is being aggressive. We go training each week and socialising class, but the past month bloo is having none of it, he thinks he can do what he likes.
I get upset when he pins dogs down as their owners take them off, and i say no you stay we should be going as bloos being naughty.

I know he probably doesnt know hes being to rough but im getting a bit slightly worried hes getting to the stage of being visious. What do you all think i should do beside training training training. :ghug:

Sounds like he is getting older and beginning to try out what he can get away with. How old is he now? Dogs do play rough and at times it can be scary watching and listening. You say he pins her down...does he stop then and wait for her to get up? Has he ever bitten another dog or drawn blood? I'll let the experts say more. My dogs do not do well at the dog park so I just stopped going. I think continue to train and socialize is a great idea. You can socialize in more ways than a dog park...you can take him to a shopping centr and let him see the people and the carts...a playground ( on leash of course) to watch the kids...out and about. That is what socializing is...

Yep he goes pet shops, parks and other places. Bloo is 7 months old.

He never draws blood, just pins them down and grabs at their coats :( when he gets them on the floor no he doesnt wait for them to get up he take advantage and clashes jaws. I really want him to play nicely but he doesnt, i have to get him off and do time out, this means he doesnt do his run at the field :( I cant let him off whilst other dogs are about as he will run to them and wont come back when i call him. He managed to pin down a big briard and a alfghan hound before when he was just 5 months. I think hes trying being dominant. When he plays with harvey, harvey nips him and tells him when he gets too bouncy, but not all dogs do hat do they :( Im going to keep up with training. One of the things i have to do for silver test is recall through distraction of othr dogs.

I dread thinking what other owners think of him! He is being neutered start of next year jan-feb time when we have the money but right now im stuck with him.. He will run happy then switch to pining them down. He cant play with little dogs as he squishes them. He used to play with a little cocker spaniel when he was 4 months old but once he hit 5 and half months hes a right old bully. I dont want him missing out on the fun but he ruins it for himself. When i let him off to play my heart thuds as i dont want him hurting any dogs. :( :( :(
Keep the ideas coming, i really need help on this one. I cant keep him on extender all his life :( Im hoping he will grow out of it. :lmt:
