New spot showed up

Khloe has pink skin around one of her eyes. She has a brand new black spot in the pink area. Do these markings pop up over time or is this something I should have checked out? It isn't a hair marking it is actually in the skin like a mole except it isn't raised at all. Make sense??? Sorry it is kind of hard to describe.

Frankie is the same way. After he had his stem cell procedure He got a few new black spots on his pink eyelids.
I'm not sure if it's normal or not.

Pigment increases as they age. Many breeds have this happen, OES are among them.
It's happening to Chewie, and also to our black and white rat terrier Riley. Really easy to see on Riley, with less hair.
Completely normal. Oscar, who is about 70% white, now has the skin of a Dalmatian under all that fur. Makes it a pain in the patoot to look for ticks or skin problems.

You can see how the eyeliner filled in and how the skin near her eyes has become more pigmented.

Emma at about 10 weeks and again at close to 8 years...
