DITTO HERE!!
What a talented girl!! :cheer: :cheer:
These guys just are not natural catchers - it really needs to be something you do from early puppyhood.
So seeing Millie catch a frisbee is indeed video worthy!!

Thanks Dawn :) You are exactly right. Millie had a tiny soft plastic frisbee as a young puppy that we would mainly use as a fetch toy (no real catching was involved), then at eight months we got the kong frisbee and she really tried catching it. She will run straight for it every time she goes outside and beg you to throw it.

If she catches it then she celebrates with her lovely pacing glory run,,,,,but if she fails, then she will stand at the other end of the yard and look at you all huffy  and I'm quite sure she is thinking "what a terrible throw!!!!!" 8O
^^^^^^^^^^
hahahahaha
If I can't catch it, it's because you threw it wrong!!!!

way to go Millie!! :clappurple: :clappurple:
That is impressive. As Dawn says, these dogs are not retreivers. Simon will run after anything you throw but...he doesn't want to bring it back. He runs to get it and then does the Sheepie 500 all over the yard. Just for little smartypants thats saying "ha ha I got it"...I bring out a second toy that stays hidden until he's got the first one and then I show the second and he comes running...back to me :D
Ha ha as Dawn said sheepies are not great at catch. Tiggy loves to catch her squeaky ball she's the same when she catches it she does a proud victory lap around us if she misses which is often she won't bring it right back to us as if she thinks she is training us to throw better next time
u go girl great job :clappurple: :clappurple: :clappurple: :clappurple: :clappurple:
