please meet Olive

I am very happy to introduce Olive Cunnngham! Olive (formerly Daisy) was adopted on May 5, 2011, from Dayton OH. Olive is 3 1/2 years old, born on January 19, 2008. Olive loves people, dogs, cats, and has received the blessing from my neighbors who have also missed Patch terribly. We will begin obedience school next week on our path to WAGS pet therapy certification by November 2011, and the 2 hospital certification by December 2011, in an effort to carry on Patch's good works. Olive came from a family of 6 children so was very confused for the first 5 weeks, but has now realized that this is her home, yard, car, bed, and that we are simply family. She is nothing but pure joy.

A special thank you to Nita of Midwest OES Rescue for facilitating my adopting Olive before she hit the rescue wires.

Olive is the tallest sheepdog with the longest legs I have ever seen in my life. She is gorgeous with a personality to match.

Without further adieu, this is my dear sweet Olive -

Hmm, who's the luckier? You or Olive? I think Patch had a paw in this :hearts:
Watch out with those long legged back sleepers, when they stretch out they take up most of the room!!

She's a real doll. Maybe after 6 kids she is enjoying her own special quiet time.
Congrats Denise and Olive!
