Cocoa Bean is 11 weeks old

And she's perfect! :) We've had her for 3 weeks and we couldn't be happier. Raspberry (our 5 year old mixed mut) loves her too. They get along fabulously, except we have to feed them separately which is no big deal. Razzy has a bit of food aggression. She's sleeping through the night in her crate, and we crate her during the day when we leave (we actually crate both of them). She now knows when it's time to go into the crate, and she's been a bit stubborn, so we're working on that. (any suggestions would be helpful). We give her a kong in her crate, so you would think she would love to go in...but she's starting to turn and run away when we say crate. :(

My girls and I are leaving for 2 weeks, so when we get back we're expecting to see a much bigger dog. :)
She was 14-15 pound last week, so I'm not sure what she's weighing now...I'll have to do a weight check!

Love the mittens and the typical dirty face, LOL! :hearts: :hearts:
Her markings make it look that way... like she was playing in the ashes. :D
She is SOOO cute!

Do you feed all meals in the crate? Mine got so they loved their crate by doing that.

Do you quickly shut the door when she enters? I wonder if it might help to have some special treats and work with her... have her go in and give her a treat, then let her right back out. Have her go in then close the door for just a second and let her back out. Work toward closing the door for 5, 10, 15 seconds, then immediately opening it again to release her. Maybe this way you can her to see that going in the crate isn't always a bad thing. It's the same approach as with "come"... call them to you but they release them again to play.
She's very cute, and even better she is doing so well! :D

2 weeks gone??? = wow, she will be double sized!!
She is adorable, I love her little mittens as well :hearts: :hearts:
What a dollface Cocoa bean is!

We don't feed her in her crate. I always have special treats for her when she gets in (other than night time). Our other dog RUNS to her crate when when we say "crate". LOL Cocoa doesn't whine very long (at most 3-4 minutes) but she just doesn't just doesn't come when I call her and sometimes runs away. :(

She does always have that "I just dug in the mud/gravel/dirt/etc look" I <3 it! ;)
She's so cuddly and lets anyone handle her!!! She just found her bark, so we are working on that..but it's not bad, so I'm not worried...yet. LOL
Cocoa Bean is adorable!!!

I'm always amazed how fast they grow this young. And yeah, those little mittens are too much!
