My clothes are shrinking

It must be the hot water.

I can't possibley be gaining weight....right?

The Dr's scale is off...by fourteen pounds.

Holy COW, where the heck did that come from. I've always from a young teen watched my weight. If it creeps up a little, I watch what I eat and up the excersize and I'm fine.

This winter I knew I was gaining a little and thought that it was a "little". My clothes were tighter and thought I need excersize.

This past week, I had an ear infection and had to go to the Dr. They weigh you and I almost fell over. I HAD NO IDEA IT WAS THAT MUCH.

Middle age spread is happening here. I guess now I need a "diet" and excersize.

    Oh Pam, I know the feeling :?

I have the same laundry issues......

Although I am trying.....slowly. I lost 4 pounds...sad...but better than 4 gained!

I never ever had weight issues growing up - I was so active and ate all I wanted. I biked 10 miles to work in the summer, ran distance track and cross country in HS and college, and had such high activity I really could eat as much as I cared.

Now my job is way too sedentary, 12 hours long work days, and the BIG metabolism change is just killing me...
The laundry fairies have been shrinking my clothes. :P :P

I was meeting Troy at a classic car cruise yesterda, and had to call and say I was running late. I couldn't find any summer clothes to fit me.

I get so upset with myself for gaining all of my weight back.

I guess Fatty Mattie and Fatty Mommie need to walk more. :P

My new mantra is "it's cheaper to lose weight than to buy new clothes." I'll be darned if I'm going to spend money buying clothes in a larger size. However, Sheepiepalooza is coming up, so all diets are suspended from Friday through Monday!
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Yeah Paula...I will start on these darn pounds after Monday.
And it only gets worse as you get older...................the voice of experience speaking. :(
Hate it when that happens.....

I've gained a ridiculous amount since thanksgiving. It was like the switch to overindulge got switched on and now I can't turn it off. Less exercise, more snacking .... ugh.... what was I thinking??

Anyway, for weeks now I've been saying ok this week will be better.... and then it isn't. It used to be so easy for me to lose weight and now it feels next to impossible. I guess age creeping up on me :(

This week I'm hoping to start walking/jogging again in the evenings.... blackflies, mosquitos and other various bugs are REALLY bad this year but maybe if I move fast enough I can avoid getting eaten alive
