What's Cooking for Easter dinner?

| Your Menu sounds wonderful! We like to go out to Brunch for Easter--this year we tried to make reservations at a few different places. Go figure they aren't taking reservations and have said that the wait will be up to two hours. NOT FOR US! I am not willing to wait two hours to eat overpriced food anywhere!! So I am going to do brunch here. I am doing a few make ahead breakfast casseroles and will have fruit and a green salad to go with. We will start with Mimosas and Bloody Marys and enjoy a great Brunch at home!! |
Umm, I'm eating whatever the worker food is???  Chewie and I are entered in an agility trial this weekend, and they feed those who volunteer to work!!  ...and you guys all know Todd does the real cooking here anyway.....  my only claim to really good food (and drink) is daughter Lisa and I are going to the Indian Island Winery this evening for supper and wine tasting. And one of my old fellow bandmates is performing their tonight w/ her jazz quintet - so should be FUN! PS...and it's only 5 miles from my house and I will be purchasing some goodies to make an AUCTION GIFT BASKET for Sheepiepalooza!! |
