Wendy, this saddens me so much! I know you always did your best with Bella to help her overcome her problems. Didn't know she was physically sick, too. I know it's a hard decision to make, but know you did what your heart told you was the right thing to do. I hope your heart stops hurting soon. |

| I received a condolence card from my vets office today. Of course I am crying again, but everyone in the office wrote on it, including all 3 Dr's. This is not the usual practice in that office, but they all loved my Bella...and my vet had the same history with her that I did. I took one look at all the signatures and cried again. I know my girl was loved in spite of her quirks. |
| How it must comfort you to see all the posts here and on FaceBook and now, from your vet. Some would say that Bella was loved, BECAUSE of her quirks. |

Thanks all. I am doing better, Nigel is playing with cookies again, and I will resume training classes with him soon. I always said I never wanted a female OES, but I have come to realize that everything Bella did was big, big bad behavior, big health issues, big mouth (loud) and the biggest cuddle and the wiggliest butt you ever saw. She will always hold a BIG place in my heart for the short time I was able to have her with me. I miss those big brown eyes. |
