Article on appropriate dog behaviour

I am trying to find an article which was posted on this forum a few months ago. About appropriate dog social behaviour, and how often dogs get punished for behaving normally and appropriately, e.g. a poorly socialized rude dog is all in the face of a 2nd dog, and the 2nd dog snaps or growls to let the first dog know it's not appreciated, but the 2nd dog gets punished.

Anyone have it or remember where it was posted?

thanks,

Ah that's it! thanks!
Thanks for digging it out, Amanda :D

It's truly a great article. I have printed it out and handed it out on several occasions in my classes.
It really is nice this article is revisited from time to time. It's so easy to place
blame the reactive dog rather than the one that actually caused the reaction.
