Irregular seasons

I have a bitch who had her first season at 14 months, her next 8 months later, then 6 months, then 8 months. She has now gone another 9 months. Do you think Vitamin E would help as we want to mate her.
Thanks

I'm not qualified to answer your question, as my female is spayed. There are many members here that will be able to give you great advice. Welcome to the forum.

Why do you want to breed your female?
Have you checked thyroid levels as part of her pre-testing?

14 months for a first heat is not abnormal like any female they can vary. I had one that started at 9 months, another was 12 months, another 14 months and one first time at 18 months.

Same with there cycles, had two girls every 6 months on the dot. Another cycles at 8 months and went one time at 9 months, another here 8 months cycle also but did bring her mother in at one time 4 months early.

Like any female there can be a variance in there cycles, I dont find your girl abnormal in the time frames you have posted about. If other entire females that too can throw out there other bitches cycles as well by bringing them in earlier or later.

If you are concerned about fertility then and regardless you should have done before breeding have a blood draw and have her thyroid levels checked to see that they fall in the normal range to rule out any problems there and at the same time from the same blood draw ask the vet to check her Prolactin levels that also confirms no problems with fertility. This can all be done by one simple blood draw before she comes into heat to allieviate any problems and confirm all is normal with her cycles and heats
Thanks everyone for the replies, we will wait and see what happens. I'm hoping now she doesn't come into season before Crufts, as she is entered and it would be a shame to miss it. I now know that the time between her seasons is not abnormal, so won't worry about it.

Best wishes with your girl and best wishes for crufts :D
