| No, I'm sorry I don't... they do seem familiar with the breed and the OES abbreviation. Might also be someone with an OES that's acting as the gate keeper for this found baby. |
| I live in Portland, OR- Salem is quite close and there is a pretty large OES following here- There were some puppy's available down near Salem not too long ago too- Maybe one of those families found it? |
