Brown beard

My Tibetan terrier is fully white and has a face that looks like a sheepdog's. I'm overly obsessive about keeping his beard white but when I had to leave him at the dog sitter's house when I was busy for twelve days or so, they gave him liver rice which must've have been the thing that made his beard brown or he might have put his face in red or brown sand or something. Now I've given him a bath twice since then. (It has been a month since) and his beard isn't getting white. I'm going to try the wetting the beard and putting corn starch till it dries and rub off but what if that also doesn't work? I keep having nightmares that his beard will stay brown forever. Please help me out.
P.S. The shampoo is a whitening shampoo and that still didn't whiten his beard.
What am I going to do????????!!
HELP!!!!

Hope your little fluffie's face can return to white. Protein stain (from the liver) is tough.
... and it won't be brown forever; not if it was white once before. However you may need to wait for the brown to grow out, and be trimmed away.
Save yourself from the cornstarch step. It will not clean the brown, just cover it slightly until it gets wet again.

Try using an enzymatic whitening shampoo like EZ Groom Crystal White Shampoo. Follow the directions - though dilute minimally. After washing and before drying, use a color sealer to close the cuticle of the hair shaft to slow down re-staining. Chris Christensen makes one called After U Bathe. I wash every day or a couple of times a day until the stain is lifted. It will go yellow after a wash or two but keep going - it will become white again. Wash daily (at least) until it is white again.

Or, you can trim it off.
