Hi all.

Dermott's my third OES. He's now five years old and he'd eat a house brick if it would fit into his food bowl. On the vet's insistence, he's been on a strict diet after his weight hit 44kg (97lb). Under the vet's supervision, he's now down to 37kg (81lb), somewhere close to what he should be.

In short, he's a typical sheepie - devoted, a clown, an entertainer, protective. I wouldn't have another breed. Well, I haven't.
Welcome to the forum! Smile There really is no other breed! Smile
Welcome!!!
Welcome! At least Dermott only eats things in his food bowl! Our Bailey likes to eat rocks in the backyard. And since we live on a third of an acre of desert landscaping, keeping him away from the rocks is a full time job. I'm sure when he grows up to Dermott's size he'll go after bricks as well!
Welcome to the forum, finbar! What's that you say? There are other breeds besides sheepies??? Not for THIS lady! Drez is our third rescue as well, and to my mind, there is no other breed! Laughing

Don't forget to post pictures!

Chris
That's a good weightloss!
