OMG! The BEST grooming ever!

I take one of my dogs to the groomer every four weeks. Same groomer. Does a wonderful job and is very mindful of the dog's stress. We LOVE her.

Today I go and find out she had to take an unexpected super early maternity leave and there was a new groomer...I was very worried. But I spoke with him and gave him my instructions...Then crossed my fingers...

He did a WONDERFUL job! I am sooo happy! AND the best, he said he will try to do my male - who was very sick and hasn't been to the professional groomer in a year. I've been doing him myself so you can imagine the strange haircut he has  I have an appointment for him next Saturday.

Oh, its so wonderful to have a groomer who does what you ask and who is nice to the dogs too!

I am jealous! Can you send him to Ottawa?
Just curious how much you pay?

Around here they run anywhere from $60.-$100. for a bath/scissor cut or bath/shave.

I have found that the groomers with the most experience don't even do big dogs as they can do smaller ones quicker and make more money :( .
I live on Long Island in NY. Most gromers here charge at least 100 bucks for an OES. Thi groomer i a master groomer and charges only 67 bucks. And does a job ten times beter than the more costly groomers. Sometimes more money is not alwys better!
Hooray! But where are the pictures of your gorgeous groomed doggie?

I've been to all the groomers in my area and finally found one that consistently does an excellent job. Maggie has grown quite fond of her -- showering her with kisses during the grooming session. It is great to have someone you trust. She varies her price depending on coat condition and the effort required. It can range from $65 to $85. That keeps me motivated to keep up the maintenance in between trips to the groomer.
I was waiting to take pictures because my other one goes in next week. I wanted a pix together! But I will try to get one of the newly groomed up this weekend. She looks just fantastic! And of coruse today, she was running outside with some muddy ground. So, don't mind the dirty paws!
Great for you !
You're so lucky !
My groomers are very expensive!
