| We put both our pups in crates for their own safety, from the boisterous older dogs and from themselves getting up to mischief, whimpering at first but its just the same with a child first time they are in their own room they soon learn to accept now the pups 3 years later still want to go into a pen as its their own domain and will guard it make sure your dog has water and something to occupy his time.
