He's still a baby and babies have tummie issues. First they cannot hold much food, three small feedings are far better. Glad you found something that will stay down. Is it a puppy formula? Growing pups need the extra nutrition in puppy foods.

Biting is common in pups. It's how they interacted with the other pups in their family. You are now family. He will treat you the same way until you take over the leadership role. Talking does not work! Have you ever heard a dog speak to you in English? They cannot process the language. Instead you have to teach them by your actions. When good they get reward....a gentle pat or whatever your use. Bad either walk away thus ending their "play session" or a sharp reproach, "No" or even a sound. If walking on leash, a quick leash snap--NO--and continue.

I suggest reading basic puppy training books and articles.

Puppies will drive you crazy......but consistent training with plenty of love...will result in a great dog. It's a good breed.............except they need a job. A bored BC will be very destructive.......so starting immediately, walk this dog several times a day. Play a lot. When the dog gets more mature look into obedience and agility training, otherwise expect more and more problems.
