Storing meals

I made a weeks worth of meals today. I'm so busy during the week now I thought it might be easier.
What would you recommend for storage. Freeze them or refridgerate them.

I don't usually do this so I'm not really sure.

Thanks

Depends what you made. Most refrig stuff only stays good a couple of days, not five. So some things should be frozen.....casseroles for example. Other things need to be frozen.

You'll learn what freezes and what doesn't.
Yeah...you definitely have to freeze portions if not entire meals to make them last and be fresh/edible.

Yay you for planning ahead!! You'll definitely have an easy week!!!! :)
