Luna Did It!!!
WOO HOO!  Now a question; she was FAR more comfortable on one side than she was the other. Any suggestions on how to help her be relaxed lying on both sides? I got the feeling one side was just more natural for her; like if she was napping thats the side she'd choose to lie on. Any thoughts? I'm going to brush Tonks later tonight; I wonder if I can get her to do it too? Unlikely; she's my difficult to groom dog.  |

YAAY!!! Go Luna!  I'd try getting her to lie on the less comfortable side for very brief stints while handing out treats on a very frequent basis. You wont get as much grooming done due to the flipping over and the treats but it wont take long for her to get more comfortable on that side. Then finish the session with her lying on that side so she associates getting finished with lying on that side too. |
