My Australian Shepperd has vomited........

My Australian Shepherd (Sir Sexy) vomitted a couple of times yesterday, he has also not pooped or peed for about 36 hours. What should I do??
This is my first pet companion and I am really worried, is it time to run to the vet??

I would take him to the vet.

Or at the very least, call the vet and describe his symptoms, but I bet they'll say bring him in. Thirty six hours is a long time.
Yeah, the not peeing would send me to the vet. I would be concerned about dehydration.
A young pup can crash very quickly, so I'd be at the vet.

Just a side line, the other day I had one of my guys at the vet and a lovely female basset came out and wanted to play with Glacier. The owner held her close and Glacier just ignored the bouncing dog. The dog had peed on the floor and the vet techs were super fast to clean and sterilize the spot. After the dog had left, the head vet tech turned to me and said, "Would you believe that dog has Parvo?" Apparently the dog vomited once and the owner was at the vet's. As per course she was given the test and proved positive, everyone was shocked. The dog did not appear sick, she just vomited once.
