I have that dryer, Marin. I love it! I think it's worth the cost, but that may be a hard sell on your father. It's nice and quiet. Also it gets warm but not hot, so it won't burn your dogs skin. It's also nice to have a free-standing dryer so that your hands are free to do the grooming.

I just found the pic on the internet :?
Can I ask you a few questions ?

1. Is it 120W ?
2. Do you think I can buy it on the internet :) ?
3. Isn't a free standing dryer :) ?

Thank you for the answer :D
The one you pictured is the one I own. It is a free standing dryer. So as it dries you have your hands free. I bought mine on www.petedge.com I'm not sure if there is a dog supplier in Iceland which would be cheaper for shipping for you.

The Oster high Velocity 309 dryer that I have is listed as 1680 watts.
