I'm sorry this happened to your dog  I may be wrong on this, but my understanding is the 3 yr rabies vaccine is not any different than 1 or 2 yr. It is the same vaccine. It's just our laws have changed making it legal to have longer periods between the vaccinations. |
| Wehad a slight reaction to our shot. A bit lethargic, loose poop..but nothing like what you are describing. SO sorry this happened. Did you call the Vet? Were there reactions to the prior rabies shots? Hope your baby feels better. |
Sorry your puppy is sick  My three have had the 3yr rabies twice each w/o a problem Could the vial have been contaminated, it is a multi dose vial. Could your puppy have picked up a secondary staph or other systemic bacterial infection from a contaminated rabies vial?  |
