Eye cream reccomendation (for people)

I need a new eye cream. I don't expect miracles, I just want a nice moisturizer. (If it eliminated wrinkles and dark circles, it would be even better! ) Anyone have any recommendations for something that is relatively inexpensive (like under $30), doesn't have a perfumey smell and I don't have to chase all over to find a store that sells it? I currently use Neutrogena, but it's meh.

i just started using Avon Anew eye repair cream, and love it. My niece is selling Avon now-- so I had to order something. I was really suprised, and am thinking about starting to use all of the Anew products. Low- mid priced.

Things that WOW for 2010...
I use Avon too. My mom uses a different one than me (maybe the same one as abuckie), but I use avon anew clinical duo lift eye cream (it's two different creams for the upper and lower eye). I usually get it for 9 dollars or less on ebay, but amazon does sell it.
I was going to suggest pistachio, until I read the title again!
If only ice cream would make the perfect eye cream........

Just got a sample of this today. I think I will really like it... cute little packaging too.
I was using Hylexin for a long time since I inherited my mom's dark circles but I ran out. My mom usually gives it to me since she gets it free from her job but I happened to be at Target and thought I'd try the Boots eye cream because I didn't feel like waiting for my mom. I really like it. My eyes and face are so sensitive, I'm really limited in what I can use cream-wise. It was only $20 and isn't bad at all. I really like a lot of the Boots products. I'm glad Target picked up the line.

Boots eye cream
I use boots concealer in the summer time ...and LOVE it!! very light but in the winter... I need more moisturizer in my concealer or it doesn't apply correctly, so I use loreal. I also have horrible ...horrible dark circles (my entire life).

I have them too - I inherited them from my dad's side of the family - we call them the Bogotty eyes.... :(
I usually go totally makeup free (and everyone around me just has to deal with it  ), but sometimes I like to put a bit on and look a bit better!

I'll check this one out. :)
Thanks for the recs, and apologies for the misspelling of recommendation in the title.

I used Boots Intensive somethingorother in the past and liked it, so I will look into that. And I just got an Avon catalog and like their products, except sometimes their products have a floral smell which I can't stand.
Of course Target was out of the Boots eye cream that Butters recommended, so I bought Boots Botanics eye and lip correction serum.

Abuckie, I have my Avon catalog and can't find the Anew eye repair cream. What color jar is it in?
