How much does your house cost and what's your credit score?
 If you go to spokeo.com ...it's an online phone book that has a picture of your house, CREDIT SCORE, profession, age, how many people live in the house, college education, astrological sign, and other things listed. If you find you're like me, you probably don't want others looking you up ...I know I can't resist looking up people I know, so you can remove yourself by the Privacy button on the bottom right (put this in your status!) Thought I'd pass it along. |

It listed some of my friends that I looked up...their correct bday, all their children, the name of their parents, some had pictures, etc.  Our house is new, so we weren't listed. |

| I read something about this earlier. I looked us up - didn't really say much. I heard they gather the info from public sources, so it's not illegal. You can do the privacy thing, but it's not going to stop other such sites from gathering the same info and posting it.  |

| I looked us up too, and most of the info is wrong. They have our house valued at over $1 million, yet our neighborhood is "below average." And for a house valued at over $1MM, (according to the site) it has no central heating or central air, and was built in 1944. I find it amusing. |
| Not the first site to do this and I'm sure not the last but it's good to know they're out there. I find it interesting how they use "public records" yet they are SOOO far off on some of the stuff! |
| It had my name almost right. Had me living in two separate places. About 60% of the info was wrong. Seems like a waste of good web space. |
| There where so many things on mine wrong it is worthless. I checked out a few other people and equal amount of wrong information. I would not use this web site for a tool of any kind. |
| It had names of me and hubs right and our ages and our current address. The rest of the info was wrong. Also... I didn't see any pics or credit report info- so I guess that's good. Anyone could get our address out of the phonebook.. so I'm not to concerned about that being listed. I'm glad it didnt' have any other info tho. |

Im pretty much a non-entity on this site My hubby has more listed, but mostly incorrect...I cracked up over a note on politics that said "this person is not interested in politics"  He was a campaign manager at one time!  There's much more info about us on google, actually. |
| Another one that does this is: lookupanyone.com I was looking for a friend's address. Did a google search for their name and found this site. It gave me: name, address, phone number, kids, in-laws, grandparents, income, education & work history etc..... and from what I know of the person, it was accurate. I'm guessing that they a had a glitch in the system, because that is information they charge for giving out. But that day they weren't. All the info was there for free. personally it scared me, then it made me mad. |
