Has anything changed in the last few weeks?

Moved house, new dogs, dogs leaving, dogs visiting, cats in the house or even the backyard? Do you live in an area where there might be wild life coming into the backyard? Has he been stressed out by anything else? Could it be medical, UTI etc?

It depends why he's doing it as to what your best options are, in particular is it medical or behavioural.
Any change in the family or house?

I know when I had my last child we had a dog who started peeing on everything that was mine. :| Including the baby.
Changes. Does there happen to be a girl dog in heat in your neighborhood?
Could be a UTI... In the meantime can you get a pee band? Perhaps that will cut down on the side effects?
My tip too maybe get a pee sample and have it checked for a UTI.

Pee band in the meantime and if no UTI then in the house with the pee band on to stop him doing it.
