What size gentle leader harness?

Does anyone use the gentle leader harness on their OES?

They don't have any of the big sizes in the store, so I just wanted to make sure that XL is the right size for Rudie before I buy it online.

My 60-65lb dogS wear a Large. Sorry I'm not helpful. There is only a little more give before we would have to go up a size (this is when they have a full head of hair). I would think they could fit into an XL and just tighten it up more "if" they had to. Otherwise, it would be big. I know your boy is larger.
We use the Large on Bailee who is 75 pounds. Remember the fit is extremely important with the Gentle Leader. Too tight and the dog will not be happy AT ALL and too loose and he/she may be able to slip it off and take off on you. You will find NUMEROUS folks on the Forum who disapprove of the Gentle Leader but in the end it is what you like best. As far as Bailee goes, his biggest problem is he is the absolute most friendly and social dog we have ever had. He has been to obedience school and actually did quite well, but when I walk him he loves people and people love him and he does jump up on them if given the chance. The Gentle Leader (in my humble opinion) is the best means to keep him from jumping up.
We use a Gentle Leader. Rufus doesn't pull on walks, but gets a little skittish around traffic and other dogs because he is over excited & wants to play. It's ideal for that kind of control. We use the Large size, the part that goes around the neck should be a snug fit, make sure you can get 2 fingers between it and the dog and no more. The hardest thing about them is actually putting it on a long haired dog, you need to make sure no hair or ears are getting trapped, including hair around the nose & mouth. There is plenty of room to extend the size, although Rufus is a fairly small sheepie.
Just to clarify, I'm looking for the harness not the muzzle gentle leader. Does anyone use one of those?

How fat is Rudie again? Clyde is about 100 pounds and we have the XL. There's room to adjust it up and down, too. I do especially like that it's amazingly easy to put on for a harness. He doesn't pull forward but he doesn't like a leash rubbing on his neck so I picked it since it hitches in the front of the chest.
I think I'm going to try one.

hahahah! He is 99lbs. I tried a large on him after he got his spring haircut and it fit so I went with that. My hope is that he will have lost enough weight after his fur grows back to still fit in it.
I also just bought a large on amazon. I'm excited to use it since my dogs always hated it around their face [and I just made them tolerate it].
LOVE LOVE LOVE my gentle leader harness~! My dogs wear a size large Laika is about 78 lbs last weighted Langley was 70 lb but I think he is more now. The have room to spare on their harness.
