A baby now!!!
The funny story, last night I took Colin to the hospital so they would not have two cars there. We are sitting having a beer in my place before we left and he starts talking to Obe about the baby... Obe you be nice to my son and protect him and I'll teach him to be nice and not pull your ears, hair, etc. If he gets out of line just bark and let him know that is not a good idea. I also thought about a gift certificate then they could get whatever they needed, a bunch of diapers, or just a bunch of random things. I like the OES blanket the best. If the blanket is big enough they could keep it for a while and it could be a gift from Obe as well. Any suggestions? |

| If you think they really 'need' the gift card, then that's a great way to go, but a gift like the blanket will be a memorable keepsake. I don't think you could go wrong either way. I know I always loved gift cards, b/c you KNOW you'll be at Babies R Us for a long time to come, with endless diapers, etc. But more personal gifts are always welcome too in my mind. congrat to your friends! |
