What are you having for dinner tonight?

Lee and I are having sausage, potatoes, sauerkraut, and beer. Yummy. I should say it's the worlds easiest dinner which is perfect on cold rainy days. :)

We had dinner two hours ago. :)

Tuna casserole without mushrooms because James won't eat it if I put them in, although I think it's so much better.
had bar b que chicken mashed potatos and green beans
I've never had a tuna casserole. Are they good? I forget everyone is on later time in the U.S. It's now just 5:51pm here in Oregon.
Just a boring salad with a little leftover steak on top! All of your dinners sound better than mine. DH is out of town-so it is the cook's night off!
OLIVE GARDEN! We took our granddaughter out for dinner to celebrate her graduation :clappurple: from National Guard basic & AIT training & as a sort of goodbye dinner too  . She leaves for the University of Cincinnati at the end of this month to start her college career!
Todd made an omelet, with seasoned potatoes and buttered wheat toast on the side. Fresh banana bread for dessert. All served and ready when I got home from work. :P :clappurple:

Sounds like my husband! Isn't it nice to have someone who likes to cook?

YES! because I don't!
He enjoys it, and does a much better job.
Also nice, as he is unemployed now and doing daycare for Breanna and Will at our house - but mostly Will, as Bre is in school.
We had fried chicken, fried veggies, rice noodles and pesto.
We had Fish, Chips, & Mushy Peas.... yummy!!!!
We had bourbon pecan chicken (my favorite) last night. It had been awhile!

I have no idea why this strikes me as hilarious :D . I associate tuna casserole with my grandmother who used to make it for Saturday lunch when we were there.
Tuna casserole was the first dish I ever learned to make and by far ...my favorite!! I have a great recipe that I can almost eat all of myself, but no one else in my family likes tuna (my mom and dad LOVE it, but sucks to make something your own family won't touch).
You tuna fish casserole people--do you put crushed potato chips on top?

Today is Wednesday, so for dinner tonight I'm having cesear salad and cheese tortellini with pesto.
I don't. Mine is a yummy cream cheese, tuna, peas, and bowtie.
Oh yum Mrs. J!

It's Lent so no meat, fish or dairy. Last pm I made winter squash soup with shrimp. Original recipe calls for cream in squash soup but I threw in a potato (actually 3 small potatoes) and blended them along with the squash and other stuff. Shrimp went in last just to cook.
